DECADENCE
SAVAGERY AND GRACE
DAYSTAR DS LP 8001 - 1980 - US

Decadence record cover This band comes from Illinois and recorded two albums (the second is called Je ne sais quoi).
Savagery and Grace is characterised by the voice of - I suppouse, because she is not in the line up- Marie Vaughn - who designed the cover - and the guitar of Gary Richard Jinks who wrote all the tracks.
It's a hard rock oriented record and on the back cover there is written 'Play it loud'. It contains nice and not so 'heavy' guitar solos very considerable in the song To Start From Scratch and in the 12:50 minutes of Suicide .
In conclusion a nice record that seems it was pressed in 1000 copies and the first 500 have the insert.
